How It Works

THERAGTRADER.COM enables companies who need clothing, accessories, graphics, or swatches designed, to find individuals willing to complete this work quickly and affordably.
For instance:
Designers can ask as many questions as they like before placing a bid to undertake the work.
All questions and answers will be visible under the job listing.
Designers can bid under the maximum payment in order to secure the work.
Once the listing ends the company can review the portfolios of all the designers that have placed a bid for their job.
The company then awards the job to one designer. Once the job has been awarded THERAGTRADER.COM will release the contact details of both parties to each other.
The company and designer then communicate outside of THERAGTRADER.COM website.
The designer works from home and emails the finished job to the company.
The company pays the designer.
Both sides leave feedback for each other.

THERAGTRADER.COM is not involved in anyway with payment or disputes processes. THERAGTRADER.COM only introduces willing parties to each other, all disputes must be resolved between the two willing parties.*
THERAGTRADER.COM does not use agencies or physically 'place' people into companies.
All jobs are listed on a single project basis.
Pricing & fee's for using the service:
Fees for designers
Our fee for designers is 10% of anything that they have earned via www.theragtrader.com.
Designers will also be liable for any fees charged by Paypal (please check the Paypal website for current charges).
All fees will be deducted via Direct Debt from your Paypal account after you have been paid by a company for a completed job.
Fees for companies
Companies are charged a one off registration fee of £95 and an annual subscription of £900, which entitles them to register unlimited departments & users. Each user can list up to 15 projects a month.
If a user requires more than 15 listings per month additional listing credits can be bought at £2 per listing.
Subscriptions are for a minimum of 1 year & paid in advance.
In the future THERAGTRADER.COM will introduce an optional monthly fee for designers which would allow them to bid on more jobs per month & reduce the percentage of commission taken by THERAGTRADER.COM.

- Designers sign up to the site and create an online portfolio and CV.
- Companies then post the project they need completing.
