Womenswear

We need 20 womens smart daywear woven garments designed for Autumn/Winter 2011 which we will be looking to sell into mid-market multiple retailers in Europe (UK, France, Germany). The range needs to be able to be bought & worn together (mix & match separates) & suitable for a formal office environment.

The range will consist of:
5 Jackets
5 Pants
5 skirts
5 Dresses

1 week after being briefed the designer will need to email us 40 rough sketches (10 of each garment) from which we will choose the final 10 designs for the designer to then fully spec up.

Target customer female 30-40 years
We would expect to see each garment offered in 3 colourways.
All colourways need to be provided with a Pantone TPX reference.
Garments need to have some interesting (but commercial) detail which will appeal to the customer.
Our sample size is 10
Garments will be manufactured in China, so experience working with Chinese suppliers would be beneficial.
We expect full spec packs including, label placements etc.
We have our own blocks so only require measurements of any details.
Any details need to be enlarged with full measurements.
Spec packs need to be very clear and comprehensive, ideally in illustrator, Corel or Photoshop format.
You don’t need to provide fabric or trim swatches.
