We need 8 childrens woven dress spec packs for autumn winter 2011.
Dresses need to follow current trends, & be pretty & 'girly' without becoming to 'partywear'.
These will be sold to our retail customers in the UK.
Target customer age range 4-12 years old.
We would also expect to see a mood board for A/W 2011 girlswear to back up your designs.
Garments will be manufactured in China so experience working with Chinese suppliers would be beneficial.
We expect full spec packs including all measurements and any hardware details, label placements etc.
Any details need to be enlarged with full measurements.
Spec packs need to be very clear and comprehensive, ideally in illustrator format.
Samples will be made for age 6.
You must provide details of what the base fabric will be, weight composition etc.
All colours need to be provided with a pantone reference.
After your bid is accepted we will expect to see 16 rough sketches via e-mail from which we will choose the final 8 for you to then fully spec up.

We would be happy to answer any questions you have before bidding.

Spec Measurements

Hi,

I have read over the job description. I would just like to clarify the measurement specs but as i am based in Australia i have the std australian measurements for kidswear. would you require this to be graded in UK sizes? if so could you provide the grade details for this so i am able to prepare a correct tech pack and spec for china for the UK market. All providing i was to win the bid. I have extrensive experiance detailing with China so writing a techpack and specs is no issues.

If ever you do have an australian customer - i would gradly assist too!

Many Thanks
Michelle
