HI,
Just some few questions...
How many themes and concepts do you need in total?
How large is the collection?how many Items including accessories?
When you say "must have shapes" do you refer to illustrations, sketches or pictures?
Interesting project!
Thanks

trend project

Hi,
Having 7 years experience in design across all quadrants of the apparel (mens and womans) and design industry, I feel that I am a good candidate for the project as in short, I know what sells!

Having gained several years experience in editorial, advertising and e-commerce as well as trends, colour and textiles I am able to understand not only what 'a realistic' translation of a trend is when it comes to designing a garment, but how it will be costed, manufactured, and what it's market value is.

I feel that my graphical experience is advantageous in communicating those trends not only to the designers and buyers, but also in a format that can be accessible to a company and it's departments as a whole.

Mood boards are wonderful, but how do you inform those who don't have direct access to them? On this project, I would aim to synthesise the trend information into both an email-able and printable format- that could be shared across a company in full entirety, and be used as a bible throughout the season.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter, and I hope to be considered for the project.

Regards,
Jude Temianka
