Trend Reports

We need a detailed report on the knitwear trends from February 2012 Premiere Vision fair in Paris (14th-16th Feb 2012).


We need the chosen designer to concentrate on the Expofil & Indigo areas of the show. Giving us a clear understanding of the trends in colours, gauges, yarns, structures, stripes, intarsias, knit-swatches, handfeel etc.


The report needs to be broken down into the key knitwear trends in womenswear, menswear, & childrenswear with an explanation of each of these trends.


We will expect each trend section in the report to cover the following areas:
Themes & how they fit within the overall PV trends
Colours
gauges
Yarns & handfeel
Embellishments, stripes & intarsias
Structures


We would also expect to see a brief overview of the key trends across woven areas (womens, mens, & childrens) in order to give us a complete feel for the new season

We understand you cannot take photos, however please pick-up as many catalogues & brochures you can in order to illustrate your report.

I will be going to PV this February with my main focus being to analyse Trend. I believe I would be an ideal candidate for this project having had a lot of experience in compiling thorough and comprehensive trend reports of this nature.

I see that the listing ends on the 16th of February which is toward the end of the show, may I ask approximately when will you be making a designer selection for this role?
